There is a high quality built-in photo gallery, FlAgallery, that will present all of your photos in a common format. Instructions for NUGCinci authors are as follows (it takes longer to describe the process than to do it):
- Prepare your photos
- JPEGS - 1000 pix max dimension, either H or V, Quality 60%.
- Add title if desired in Lightroom metadata
- Rename image files with a sequence # as the first part of the file name – use format 01xxx for less than 100 images or 001xx for less than 1000 images.
- Save resized renamed images to one folder
- Login to NUGcinci.com with your user name and password
- Go to FlAGallery at the bottom of the left side.
- Select Manage Galleries tab “Add new gallery”
- Type in New Gallery Name and press “Add Gallery”

- Click “Add Images”
- Browse for images on your computer and add to gallery
- Select images and click “Upload Images” at bottom of page
- Images will be uploaded automatically and added to the new gallery

- To use the Gallery in the Default Page Template – One Column sidebar the Gallery size should be reduced
- Edit the Short-Code to reduce the width
- Use: [ flagallery gid=8 name="Gallery" w=100% h=600] instead of the full size gallery. (Remove the spaces after the first bracket if you paste this Short-code into yout text.
- Multiple galleries can be added under the “All Categories” button in the Gallery
- Edit the Short-code reference to the FlAgallery on your page:
- [ flagallery gid=8 name="Gallery"] – will display only gallery #8
- [ flagallery gid=8,6,5 name="Gallery"] – will display Galleries 8, 6, and 5 in that order (remove the spaces after the first bracket if you paste these short codes into yout text. Add gallery button woks OK as is)
- Update your page.
That’s it. You now have a new gallery, which you can edit or add to in the future.
